Okay! I'm not quite sure, but at 01:49 into the trailer it looks like there is a Republic Commando standing to the left of Anakin. It's difficult to tell because the clip is dark and there is a lot going on in the scene.

Would do you think, vode an?

P.S. And if that wasn't enough, they're finally representing Mandos!

I'm not so sure. The helmet looks to much like a regular troopers to me. The armour is near identical to that worn by regular troopers and I'm sure that I saw a flash of orange on the shoulder bell when the blaster fire lit it up. Given that it's Obi Wan he's next to, they are on Geonosis and that the following scenes show Cody also on Geonosis, I'm inclined to think it is a 212th Battalion trooper not a Glory-boy Commando.

I'm pretty sure that the voice of the Mando at the end of the trailer is Jon Favreau. I'm not sure where he's from, but there's a bit of a NYC lilt to the way he sats "warriors". He almost sound like Stan Lee right at that point.

You're right it is Obi-wan. The ridge on the top of the standard clone bucket isn't visible. I could be wrong, most likely am wrong. But, I just wanted to see what everyone else thought, if you all could see something that I missed.

It'd be cool if I'm wrong and it turns out to be a Commando. Not long until we find out one way or the other.

i have to agree vod, it would be cool. Either way, at least we get to see some Mando action!

I have heard rumours about the star wars live action tv serious that George Lucas will be working on pretty soon. Is that still going to happen? Cause I've also heard its been cancelled

It's still on. They're in writing stage right now. He's going to do the show the same as Clone Wars in that they will shot one full season, find a distributor, then while that season is airing, the next season will be in production. They were going to do the production in Australia, but may be moving to Europe ( i forget which country ) as it may be cheaper. Daniel Logan is rumored to reprise his role as Boba Fett.

Okay Orthar, I was wrong! I watched the trailer again and you CAN see the helmet ridge in the light from the blaster fire. So, sadly no commandos this season, but like I said before... at least we have Mandos!

Most likely it will air in 2012, possibly 2011.

Pity but there's still time for there to be RC's in upcoming seasons.

Those ear-muffs troopers are sweet. I already have my DVR set for this Rise of the Bounty Hunter episode. It's going to be sweet.
