You might be getting your units mixed up... Pepakura works in millimeters (1 inch = 25 mm). Most Pep helmets out there are around 300 mm high but for this one you'd have to allow for the fin and go for, say, 325mm as a starting point. You might have to adjust the layout of the unfold a little if you're making a big change in scale.

Hey umm I made an account so I could download the files and make my own helmet. However I see he was last active 3 years ago and his blog link isnt working. Anyone know somewhere else I can get the files? :cry Thanx
