Ok so got my armor put together, and went out with my kids last night trick or treating. Got lots of great compliments. The armor felt good and fitted well. I had a few problems towards the end of the night though.
It was -2 and the visor kept fogging up, any ideas on how to stop that?, I am planning of taking part in the local Christmas parade, would a fan or something?
Also my knee armor kept slipping under my thigh armor, or my thigh armor kept slipping over my knee armor, any ideas?.
Oh heres a photo taken at the end of the night.
I didnt check myself in a mirror before my wife took the photo so I know in the photo my shoulder bells are a little to backwards, and infact one of the straps from my shoulder bell to my upper arm is hanging out. I also know that my abb armor is a little to high, Those things are easily fixed, it is just the armor moved a little on the walk.
I also know the helmet is missing the strips. Oh and I know the boots are ****. but I just did threw them together in about 5 minutes.
let me know what you guys think, and please be honest, if it looks **** let me know, but if I may ask that not only point out the bad but please give me suggestions on how to fix it.
    Thank you.
    Jai

Hey Jai, I like your outfit a lot! Shows that not only the slimmy figures fit into a clone armor! Great thing! To prevent the knee armor slipping under the tigh armor there is some foam padding inside the knee armor (I think OSCS offers these!) same for ellbows.

For the fog ... I would try to use some anti-fog spray (they use this for motocycles too) or if you have enough room for fans try it that way too. or just a combination of both. :-)

Who´s the maker of this armor?

Very good job bro! Some tweakings here and there and off you go!

    Cheers,
    Manuel

The easiest way to solve the knee problem is teathering. My clone knees are tethered to my thighs

(The padding has long since been upgraded to actual DIY Knee Padding)

The strap - a peice of webbing materiel - is attached going right to the edge of the thigh - inside of course! - and then to the inside of the knee part way down. The very top of the knee sits over the bottom of the thigh, and because of the tether can not drop down under the thigh. Hope that helps

You might also want to attach the biceps to the shoulderbells to stop them from dropping as well.
