Capt. rex pistol

Is there an airsoft or toy pistol that would be a good basis for Rex 's blaster pistols?

You could always use this and paint it.

I was not referring to the whole thing put together just the base pistol. It is designed to look like the ones that Rex carries.

Yeah, the Hasbro thing is based on the DC15 long rifle. Rex's pistols are DC17 pistols:

As Stormtrooperguy and Fett4Real stated, that Hasbro thing is no where near a base for a Rex or any other commander pistol, for club approval(s) or not.

i'd say the best bet for rex pistols is to either scratch build or buy a resin set. if the latter, just make sure to sort out whether you want real world style or animated style, since they are pretty radically different.
