I recently got a pep pattern for a set from Skupilinkson. They aren't listed in his blog but he mentioned he was working on them when he blogged about his ep3. helmet design. So I asked about them an tacked them onto an order.

The shape looks good but the final product will depend on your building skills.

I make the scout visors and ear caps but not the nochs sorry vod
