Armor Beginnings.

To Begin I bow to all more experienced than me. I am beginning costuming armored figures and i was wondering how making armor with pepakura worked. is there any way you could do something like stiffen the end result with plaster or hydrocal and make a vacuum pull of of that? If not how would one make a master mold out of pepakura files? I will be doing some stuff with plasticine clay for realism and to give myself an artistic skill (yeah, right). I am starting out with a custom halo costume and then using said clay to make my custom mando. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

which halo costume? Halo: Combat Evolved (the original, and real and only one in my mind) i hope. and will your custom mando be mandalore from KOTOR II (knights of the old republic II)? and welcome to TDH by the way.
