I always tell newcomers to this site also to check out http://mercs.firespray.net/ they are a truly awesome bunch when it comes to custom mando's. as for the dent, how about if you kept it in the same spot but altered the dent a little? that way you could have the homage to Fett, but still make it your own... just my 2 cents...
