Hello everyone! I've been a site lurker on and off for a couple years, a Star Wars fan my whole life, and an avid costume creator for Halloween. Ohh and most importantly Boba Fett is my all time favorite SW character. 
So I decided to try my hand at a budget build Fett costume. Most likely going to do an ESB as that was my introduction to Fett when I was a kid and I like the militant look and all. I started with a Pepakura helmet build as my starting point. (Although I've scouted out and am starting to stockpile some other items like Sintra, PVC, boots w/ zippers on the inside, and a shirt that should make for a good vest to mod, ohhh and a $5 toy gun off ebay to build and gun around). I've got two daughters and hope some day they develop the love for SCI-FI that I have always enjoyed and will want to build costumes for Halloween. I don't know anyone who troops and I've never been to a GenCon type of show but always thought they'd be cool. So anyhow, just wanted to introduce myself and start off by saying THANK YOU! to all who have posted ideas here on builds and what not. This is truely a great site and I've enjoyed the only start of my Fett build and looking forward to the rest of it. No time crunch here, a hobby for me to do when I have some free time here and there and always enjoy projects in the garage. Going to try to post a couple pics of my helmet build in the Helmet Forum and look for advise. It's freezing in Wisconsin so the Rhondo and painting will need to wait til spring I think. But looking to get as much done on the helmet in the meantime and start the sintra armor template cutting and shaping.
