Hello from the UK

New Hunter
Hello there. Long time viewer of TDH and some other prop/costume forums. A fan of all things SW since infancy and am now embracing a mid-life crisis focused pretty much on the same!

I've slowly built up some half-finished props and projects over the past 18 month. Tried my hand at pepakura with some disastrous (comical) results and have achieved very little in terms of my own work following a house move and the birth of my own Padawan!

I have some excellent pieces (helmets/masks) on order from some talented builders/artists and am now thinking I may concentrate on putting a couple of costumes together. Not necessarily to troop in or anything, more likely for life-sized models/mannequins to make my office a little more exciting.

I'm happy to have a crack at things, buy materials, plans, instructions or whatever and I'm looking forward to hopefully taking my "what if", half-interested hobby forward into something a little more fulfilling.

I'll post in the correct forums on my project thoughts but if anyone has any pointers for Darth Revan rigid costume parts I'd be grateful. I have searched a lot but all I see are other people's amazing end-products!

Best wishes

Steve

How strange ....it must be something about hitting your 40's .. Also in UK ... My Fett is about 5% from being complete .... though he is my Fett and as far as paint goes he's a mix of armour and parts as i figured ... hes appeared in so many guises now why wouldn't he mix n match ...

Welcome aboard ... its a great resource for parts and help and friendly folks everywhere ..
