Hello everyone. I am new and have loved Boba Fett and Jango Fett since I was a child. My boys are addicted to Star Wars like me and I am considering purchasing or slowly piecing together a Fett kit for hopefully trooping. I don't have a lot of free time but was curious what type of skill and time is needed for piecing a kit together by myself. Or if I purchased one how much should I expect to spend.

welcome aboard, you can find a lot of threads with templates if you wanna try make something or also threads with sellers kits

Thanks. Yes I have been doing a lot of reading. This site offers a lot of data. I have one of the target boba fett helmets which I am attempting to "clean" up. So if I cut out the visor and replace it with3M Dark Green Polycarbonate Faceshield WP96C, Face Protection 82702-00000, Molded, do I really need to cut it to size or just a little big so I can glue it the plastic?

welcome aboard also. the most skill you need is painting and weathering if you go by building it all your self. always keep checking the cargo hold for items up for sale also.

Definitely cut it a little big so you have extra to glue or mount it to.

Thanks for the info. Yeah I am going to order that green welding visor from amazon and give that a go.

I will keep my eye on the cargo hold. Thanks everyone for your comments.
