Hello From Florida

Hello everyone, I'm Andrew from Florida.

Avid Boba Fett and Star Wars fan since I was a child.

Now that I'm an adult and can afford my own hobby, I have had my eyes set on a Boba Fett costume (who hasn't). Obviously this isn't an easy, or a cheap task.

I figured i would start simple, with a helmet. I was wrong....

why are Boba Fett helmets so difficult to find. I know Target just had a sale on them, but there was not a single Target in a 150 mile radius from me that had them available, and anything online was store pickup only.

Now they're not available at all, anywhere, and the 30 dollar helmet from target is like 200 on ebay now.... They still have a healthy stock of stormtrooper and vader helmets though so thats good (he said with heavy sarcasm).

This has been the bane of my existence for like two years now. Why are these helmets so hard to find? Why are the poorest quality ones still so expensive? And why, when I ask people (who recently purchased one) where and how they acquired theirs, it's always the same, nonchalant answer, "Oh I just scooped it up on ebay for like 40 bux", or "Oh I just went to target randomly, they had tons of them."

The world is against me.... somebody help.

Thank you.

Bunky Bunk! I'm new here too end yep same boat with the helmet. Check out the scratch build helmet threads I am a little way into building mine. I was intimidated to try a scratch build but there are awesome tutorials that make it much easier. If u have the time and patience it's a cheaper option.
