Hm what I can say about my self? I cut something from my intro on clone-empire forum.
I saw SW long time ago and I was fascinated by SW Universe as seen in old trilogy. Fairy tale story and great visual effects. I loved them. I started with 3D as member of Star Wars 3D Modeling Alliance, until it was closed. I know from these times some great guys. I was disappointed from new trilogy, but at least ILM know their work.
I wanted make some SW fanmovie and I still want make it, then I started cooperate with Maciek "MaSka" Skawinski from Polish Outpost, to make meshes and start work on costumes. Include Stormtroopers. May be you remember his unfinished story about Boba Fett "Showdown in Nar Shadaa". Fully 3D animated.
This is how I get into props. Some time later we decided with friends with costumes, that were primary created for this movie, that we can join Legion and establish Czech Outpost. We were approved few months ago and just now I´m here CO and GWL.
Now I´m working on sandtrooper FX style armor with new non FX helmet. Some photos of progress are on MPED forum. New helmet is in stage of making prototype molds. Few guys were lucky to see something from it. But when it will be right time I will post photos of molds, progress and final product. I can only say it should be replacement of FX helmet, then helmet is symetrical and shapes are derived from interpolation of both sides of AP TK helmet.
Now is priority this Sandtrooper and then probably I will start next year try make complete Red Guard armor as warm-up before something more complex. And why I´m here? To meet people, find friends, search for reference and learn something new.
