Hello

New Hunter
Hi all, ive been looking into starting up this wonderful hobby for a while and am finnaly taking the plunge to start and have found that you guys seem to be the best resource available, i hoenstly dont know what else to say other than my first project honestly has little to do with star wars (though thats my next project) my first one is going to be a full iron man suit and i have some interesting ideas on how to aceive as much of a "full body" armor but still have full to almost full mobility/motion...more details as i actually get stuff done lol

welcome, my fellow newb... threw my searches i have found this site is the best for mando and any other bounty hunter related armor.

if you are building an iron man suit i know there are some really good pep files out there for it... and there are a couple suits being made over at 405th.com you should check it out if you havent already, great halo costuming site. alot of the stuff over there is done with pep, and they have alot of knowledge on the pep process.

once again welcome, and good luck.

im actualy going to be doing mine with full castings for mine so ic an reproduce more of them ( have a strage urge to fill my house with iron man armor's... armory-esqe...you know war machine, iron man mark I, II, III extremis etc.) though my first one is going to be a mashup of the extremis armor, the movie armor and some personal flairs i want to add. thanks for the tip for the 405th ive checked it out a few times but the plethora of pep kinda discouraged me, i like pepakura for my model making, but for some reaosn i see me destroying anything wearable i tried to make using that format lol my pep tends to be fragile

thanks, im toying around with making the arm motion areas /abs/leg motion portion with overlayed panels so they can "mesh" over each other...similar to a lobsters tail...giving increased motion while leaving an enclosed look
