Greetings from Norfolk, Va!
Well, I figured that it was about time that I sat down and joined this forum. I've been a prop/replica prop collector for about 3 years steady now, and Boba Fett's been my favorite Star Wars character since I was 'bout six years old, so I put 2 & 2 together and here I am. While I don't have my own set of armour just yet, I plan on having my own custom Mandalorian set put together by the year's end (or at least the heavy lifting). Anyway, I'm glad to be here, and I can't wait to use all the resources available to help get my armour together!

Welcome! Well, there's more resource here than you can carry with you. So, be patience and read a lot, search even more and then visit the Cargo Hold where the best members from TDH sell parts for a complete Boba Fett suit - you just choose which version.
Re: Greetings from Norfolk, Va!
Welcome! Another wanna be FETT from VA! Yeah! Wow we are going to be overloaded here after a while! Take RafalFett's advice, look around, use the search button and the Cargo Hold is where it is at! If you have any questions ask, everyone here is great to deal with!

Number 6? Haha, welcome from va
Re: Greetings from Norfolk, Va!
Thanks to all for the warm welcome. I figure that since my custom Mandalorian is going to be a fairly immense project, I want it to be done right from the get-go, and what better place to start.
Re: Greetings from Norfolk, Va!
A Southsider! I'm up on the Peninsula, the more civilized part of Hampton Roads. :)
Re: Greetings from Norfolk, Va!
Hey now, I lived between Yorktown and Newport News for the last 6 years, and I don't think I'd ever call NN "...the more civilized part of Hampton Roads." :lol
Then again, you'll never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy than down here in Norfolk...
Re: Greetings from Norfolk, Va!
Ha! I graduated from ODU so I will agree with your last statement!! :)
Re: Greetings from Norfolk, Va!
Since February I've been commuting via I-64 to Va Beach for work. What is it about tunnels that make people slow down to 35 mph from 70 mph????
Drives me bonkers. :doh
Re: Greetings from Norfolk, Va!
Awww come on. You know people love to do that. I don't understand that either. It's like they don't think their vehicle will fit. Ha! I love going into the tunnel at 70 and the best part is "shooting out the other side"!

Funny, I'm actually there right now attempting to get my Bachelors in Business
Heh, I love the whole "shooting out the other side" part of tunnels. Of course when I do it, I'm blasting the theme to Batman...
