Boba version question

Warrhammer

New Hunter
Hello all, While in the midst of trying to decide which version to do with my fett , I have chosen to construct fett's suit the way I think it should look. Something in between esb and rotj. I was wondering how much artistic license could I get away with. Any thoughts.

Odd question. Do what your heart desires. It sounds like you're worried Disney is going to take you to court if you're caught with your Boba rendition in public photos... Is this your fear?

If you are looking to troop with the 501st you probably wont get away with it.

If your doing it for your own fun I say go for it. Must be some time that Boba had a cross over between the armour versions.

Sounds like you really need to look at the pp1 and pp2 pics, IF 501st is a goal. If it's just for your desire, then go with your gut.
Can be very hard to settle on one for sure. I flipped back and forth between Jedi and empire, but have now decided completely the ESB is for me personally. Good luck!

New to the board as well and in the same boat. I like parts of each, but I never liked the fruit stripe jetpack.
There is some great info here and really good helpful feedback from what I'm reading. Once I get rolling, I will post my Empire Strikes Jedi version (I think it will be in between).

Does the 501st allow "generic" mando builds or do they only allow screen accurate renditions? It's my understanding that the Mando Mercs will allow quite a bit of creativity as long as it is of high quality work.

I used to play Warhammer..

Do what you want dude. It's your build. The SE may suit you though. I'm always tempted to say it's the ROTJ suit and pack with the ESB helmet but in reality I think it's more complex than that.

Sounds like you're wanting to build Boba, circa "Shadows Of The Empire" (GREAT story arc, IMO, concerning Boba and...."friends").
I'd say go for it!!
