    What is the best way of bending the collar plate?

    This is my first atempt at bending armor. What is the best way to go about bending a collar plate made from 2mm aluminum?

    Seriously though, you could use a vice, some pliers and a metal pole to get a nice curve.

    Wow! When I was working on metal armor a while back I tried to just bed it with my hands... I had two subtle lines where the metal was stressed. This looks great!

    Good job!
    Ideally, you want to "Roll" the metal over a smooth round/tubular surface. This keeps you from getting creases in the metal.
