For those of you thinking of using Trash Can armor.

Here is a nice little instructional video that one of our Florida clan members did at a resent armor party.

Those of you who have been wondering how to cut your kit out, the wait is over.

Ah, you beat me to it.

We did have fun making it, though. Thanks for posting it!

Thanks for the video! I've never used a dremel before - and want to buy one. What kind do you use?

Cool; my focus is around the trash can armor. It is actually pretty amazing in what you can use to create some mandalorian armor espically if it is in your own house or at a store for no more then three dollars.

Dude, I have the exact same B&D rotary tool, I am so glad I got it, it speeds up the cutting like jumping into hyperspace.

I was able to cut out my 3 kids front parts in like an hour and a half, that's with using a grinding wheel to clean the edges.

Yep, that's the good part. It does speed up the process.

Here's the second video in the series. It shows how to make a custom piece from start to finish (relatively speaking). If you look at my avatar, you will see what the end product is after painting and weathering.

You're welcome! I'm also in the planning stages of custom gauntlets made in the same way as the leg armor. It will be a little bit, but I'll try to have it before too long.

That's the exact way I am going to be making my chest, abdomen, and shoulder bell armor. The leg armor however is going to be used in a different way persay. Many thanks!!!!
