starting my first costume today

i am gonna pick up some thick trash cans cut em out in the shape of the chest plate then dremmel them down then for the helm iam not to sure on yet i might use sheet metal iam looking for any suggestions lol thx

also i want this to be a sniper variant of heavy armour similar to this type

Dremmels are handy to have, though I don't have my own yet.

Cardboard: you making your own helmet? I made mine out of cardboard and bondo/fiberglassed it. It's been pretty easy and not too expensive.

I did trash can too. Watch out for hot plastic: it hurts. But it's a pretty simple method.

Sandpaper is something else you'll want to get, especially if you do trashcan and cardboard/bondo helmet.

HEY!!! im using red

Red and black is very common.. but im throwin in some swamptanish colour in there to change it up a bit

But the other thing is everyone agrees that red and black are cliche that no one picks them, which makes them not common haha
