    FG fem armor ? Niiiice.

When you say neck armor, do you mean the regular collar piece, or are you going to actually fab up some plates to go around her neckseal ?

Jon, the weathering on that helmet is just spectacular. Mind sharing how you got that foggy like appearance on the dome? It just looks so organic, kind of like I'm looking down at a peach. That's definitely the best custom mando helmet that I'll ever see.

    Re: scratch built fg armour

    thanks guys

the weathering n the lid was just a multitude of layers and gentle misting. Its funny but the clear coat also helped mist it as well - freaky.

The shoulder bells are not finished yet as I want to add a smaller plate onto each side. It will fit under the cut out on the out side of the bells. Almost creating laminate armour. Should be nice to weather as well

Yeah that female armor is looking great! A word on your paint, did you use two different brands of paint? The reason I ask is because some metallics won't mix with colors of other brands. It's a reaction in the curing agents in the metallic paint that causes it not to adher and bubble up.

Looking fantastic Jon! *sighs and stares at the jumbled pile of her armour in the corner that she has had no chance to work on for a month*

You could be right buddy. In this case I used a humbrol silver for the base and a games workshop for the white. i have just bought more paint and will be trying them later today.

I would suggest primer obviously, and then make sure that the brands of paint match up as stated earlier.

You did a great job with the blackwashing.
