Looks really good bru. I'm glad the plans worked out. I can't wait to see it all cleaned up.
This is a nice build. I'm surprised there aren't more comments. I think it comes pretty close for a scratchbuild. Nice work!
Johno has done a sterling job working to the plans I drew up for him. The original drawings were created from a 3D CAD model which was painstakingly constructed over several hours from reference photos freely available on the internet and critical dimensions taken from an original Pulce 40 speargun. We'll be cleaning up this cast to make a final positive from which we can take a silicone mould to cast inexpensive budget resin copies. Naturally, once it is of sufficient quality we intend to offer our work for sale to members of the Dent and Mando Mercs.
I might buy when this is available!

Very distinctive.
I'd like to see how the holster is made. Is it just leather, or is there something else used to give it some solid shape?
It's just leather, The belt loop adds some rigidity to it but it is quite firm as is
That is a great build!!!
Thanks for the replies guys
couple more build up pics
Pre sanding and before I added the barrel
Holster before polish
This was the first holster I made for my first/second pulce build, both holsters stitched on my home machine with 2mm leather
can't find the pics of the second holster build, not that it took a long time hour and a half i think (for the Jodo Kast costume)

SK when you do make one, Make it from paper first then when your ready to put the patern onto the leather make sure the patern is the right way up for the best side of the leather to show (I cut mine so it came out as a lefty on the best side of the leather, Just meant I had the rough side on show and it took some extra polishing)
