There are a couple guys over at www.mandalorianmercs.com that are working on Neo Crusdaer armor. But, at this time, it's a pretty new thing. There's no templates, tutorials (that I've seen) or premades available. I'm sure ifou talked to those working on the projects they'd be happy to share what they have learned with you.

From what I understand, they are all reaching the same stick point... the fabric. The armor seems to be an easy build.
