Well, as I've posted before, I'm a big guy and I'm having trouble finding just the right kind of jumpsuit for my custome mando.
I decided to go with a Red or Yellow Jumpsuit with reflective silver tape, like the kind Rescue/Fire workers wear, but finding them in my size and finding the right color is extremely hard. I was thinking of just getting some Brush Fire Turnouts, and adding the reflective tape myself.
Any ideas or suggestions?

You may want to take a look at this custom Mando site ( link above ). They have a forum and perhaps the people over there may have some ideas for you as well. I don't know what brush fire turnouts are, so I am a little stumped. Good luck with your project and if I can help at all, pm me. *Cheers* Debbi
I have a pretty good idea what brush turnout gear is from my volunteer FD days. That may be pretty heavy for a jumpsuit honestly, your better off buying a set of RedKap coveralls and using those. They can be dyed pretty much any color, and you can sew on some reflective tape.

You may have a look here. http://www.flightsuits.com/uniform.html They have men's sizes up to 52 and several different colors. I wouldn't mess with the nomex suits just because of cost, weight, and body heat retention.
