Yeah, fair point Catal, it does look crud. I had in mind that he killed a sith, and uses his lightsaber against other Jedi/Sith. Thanks. I'll post up
pictures of the various stages. The only problem is the helmet and what to make it from. Any recommendations? Plastic, cardboard or what.
(keep in mind that I really don't have enough money for Sintra)

You REALLY need to go to the Mando Mercs for what you are doing. All the questions you ask and more have answers there.

Make sure to post up some photos of your progress when you start working on it.
I can see the color combination on the armor looking pretty cool but I'm just not sold on the flightsuit and vest.

TxFett, he more than excited, he is hysterical. He is totally obsessed with Star Wars, and Mandos in particular, and I believe he's pretty smart,'cos he reads the Karen Traviss novels. A week ago, he started talking Mando'a, and drove my sisters up the wall!
Man, why can't my lil bro speak Mando'a with me? I'm jealous, man.

I was pretty much clueless when it came to the whole bucket so maybe some of the questions I asked and the answers I got can help you too.Fiberglass is page 5 and bondo is pages 6-7. But for the most information just look at pages 3 (which the above link is at) through 7. I hope that's helpful! And good luck. I look forward to seeing some progress.
