Hello All! I'm new to TDH... and pretty much any costume building. I'm just a huge Star Wars fan, I love the Fett, and I have been totally and incredibly impressed with all of the work I have seen on this site.

I loved the idea! I had to try it. Although I really wanted to build a Fett, I thought I might try it out first to see if I had any hope at all. So here is what I have started. A custom mando armor.
These pieces I think are complete. Please let me know what you think.
I haven't really started on the collar and backplate. They are cut but still not fully shaped. My next task I want to do is to tackle the vest. I bought the dark grey fabric you see under the pieces for that purpose. I was then thinking of a regular (light) grey flight suit. Whaddya think?
I will keep posting as I progress.
