My custom PCV mandalorian armor (building)

Hi, im going to show the building proces of mandalorian armor, my way.
Its my first armor. I made my own templates so i can idealy match them. The templates are made of pizza carton.


Next i cut the same shape in pcv



At last i done some hot forming with hair dryer

I will update couple of times in this month, next week i will done the helmet and the rest of armor. I you will find some mistakes, sorry for my english

Update 16-10-09

Hello again, i did some armor painting, i will show gauntlets too (but gauntlets are weird). I done a little change of stomach plate. First the sprays.

Next the armor

And the Gauntlets (and the shoe)



Now i will go on with the helmet with snacks (you can also see the lightsabers) wish me luck
