Try pre-drilling holes before screwing into the jet pack if you can't get it to start with a screw. Probably better it didn't work anyways, it could have created a stress crack if you forced it. Just use a drill bit a little bit smaller than the screw you plan to use. Good Luck.

Worked on the shoulders yesterday. Got one more coat of paint left before it's perfect

Looks really good so far. So how much of the armor is done and painted? The Shoulders and Knees? What are you going to do with the rest?

I think I found the answer to my chest plate problem. I've been looking around at the other female threads and my head just spins at the stuff they're doing!
And as you can see, with me just burning plastic, I'm a rather lazy person
:p

And then I thought, if I can get me a hollow one of these:
Female_Torso_Blue_Front.gif

then I could just burn out the parts I need and BAMN instant armor
o_O

ebay is your god then. you can get some torso manns for pretty cheap on there. a full size one i have is made of HDP which is great for armor. look for plastic ones not the plaster/mysteryfill ones.

I hate buying stuff online. But anyways my friend's family working in the clothings business. If they don't have an old drity one laying around I'm sure I could just buy one across the street from where they work

That might actually work extremely well...

I'm going to be perfectly honest, I don't think the blaster is Star Warsy enough. Either get a new one entirely or trick this one out with scopes and other stuff.

You're entire ensemble looks incredible. I tihnk if you revamped the weapon it would be even better.

Weapon size etc. is all personal preference.

What the problem seems to be is that, you used a squirt gun for the base of your blaster, and well...it still looks like a squirt gun.

some members here are suing Nerf Blasters which can make very convincing blasters if modified appropriately. The Nerf blasters have more Star Warsy look to them, opposed to your squirt gun, which I think is more Trekkie looking.

Do a forum search for "PM-90 Nerf".
