    Nice Belt, looks very bounty-hunter-ish.
Any idea on what material your going to use for the armor?

Hmmm, My mum got the bag a while ago from a thrift shop.
The only logo I can find on it is TRU
Though I think it's a rather small chubby bag/jet pack. Great for a girl like me...

I'm planing on using more plastic for the armor... except for the chest pieces, I wanna see if I can find/work sintra.

I'm also going to dress my sister up as Alyin.

Are you going to weather the helmet at all?

No, her helmet's suppose to be new, so I guess it'll only have a little bit of dirt on it, but mostly it's nice and clean.

    Thanks Deadfleet

Did you sand and prime the pistol before paint?

Doesn't look like it. Sanding I mean. Primer I don't think so.

Not really. Only enough to get rid of the logos. I personally don't mind the seam that runs along the top/bottom.

As for priming... oops forgot about that. Though I'm scratching it with my nail and the paints not coming off, so it should be fine. o.O I hope.

I'm having the hardest time getting the side parts to stick onto the main base of the jet pack. I even tried nailing the bottles to the bag but I couldn't get a screw through the plastic... even with a power drill.
    O.o

I was saying to sand it so the paint would have something to stick to, sometimes without sanding and priming it doesn't stick.

lesson learned. I'll do it to the jet pack when it's time to paint that.

    Re: Mirta Gev

Try pre-drilling holes before screwing into the jet pack if you can't get it to start with a screw. Probably better it didn't work anyways, it could have created a stress crack if you forced it. Just use a drill bit a little bit smaller than the screw you plan to use. Good Luck.

Looks really good so far. So how much of the armor is done and painted? The Shoulders and Knees? What are you going to do with the rest?

Really cool! I like the curvature on the tupperware, it made the shoulder bells look great!

    Re: Mirta Gev

I think I found the answer to my chest plate problem. I've been looking around at the other female threads and my head just spins at the stuff they're doing!
And as you can see, with me just burning plastic, I'm a rather lazy person
    :P

And then I thought, if I can get me a hollow one of these:

then I could just burn out the parts I need and BAMN instant armor
    o.O
