First off just wanted to give props to WoF for the templates. This is my first try at a helmet. I am trying to use my abilities with sheet metal to create it. Here are some pics of what I got done so far. I will post more as I get more done. For my dome I will be using a blading helmet I had laying around. Thanks for any comments or questions if you have any for me.

What kind of metal are you using? I used 22 gauge sheet steel for mine.
Yeah that is what im using also. Just picked up some from a tractor supply store. It comes in 2' square peices which is easier to work with then a full sheet from a metal supply company.

Awesome dude. Are you going to weld it together?
Yeah im going to weld it then use filler to smooth it all out. Im really hoping it turns out good for my first helmet.
