Mando Gauntlets ???

Hi Guys,

As you can see I´m a total noob here. I havent seen a thread like this (maybe I´m just to blind) but anyway, how can I make gauntlets for my mando ?

Sorry, I actually ment: how do you attach the lower part to the upper part whithout having problems whith putting on ?

You could try using magnets, they worked really well for me. Founf some strong ones on ebay!

Magnets, piano hinges or velcro are the most popular methods.

yes piano hinges rock. you can make them whole as well.

as long as you make the ends big enough to slide your hands WITH gloves on through them. this is what I do, as well as Shado.

Thanks, I´ll probably use piano hinges, but how do you attach the side where there are no piano hinges whith each other ?

You can use magnets for the closure side or velcro... or a very solid method is the Jango screen version, which has a piano hinge on the inside of the gaunt with a removable "pin" that slides out and opens the gaunt.
