Mandalorian police

This is my sons fibreglass dp96 of a mandalorian police unit , if anybody has any good ideas for an ensigna for the helmet please let me know ...not sure what he wants on it.... , the pic does not do it much justice , high gloss white finnish with pearlesant candy blue stripes...looks awsum in day light still got the paint round t-visor to do...again he's not sure what he wants...if any body has any ideas' of an ensigna....let me know....cheers only60% finished

That's a great looking helmet. I can't think of any insignia except for maybe a tiny version of the skull maybe in black. Do you mean for the insignia to go on that small circular area or for somewhere on the chest? Since he would be PD, how about an old time sheriff's star(5 points?) with the skull in the center.

Yeah i guess the skull in black is a good idea , or maybe like the pre-pro patches? Also maybe a variation of the chest emblem for the armor? Just a thought

Well...looks like it's gonna be a red mandalorian bol skull as an in signia....but it's gonna have crispa lines ...not the weathered look...& its gonna be yellow round the T-visor.... ears maybe burnt orange uncertain.... ... for your comments...will post pic...

I think the prepro symbol that looks like an eye would fit well in that cicular spot on the helmet.

Or even leaving it blank looks cool. Maybe even a two digit number in aurebesh? Like a police unit number?

Here's a quick idea I did for a mando police logo. I thought I'd incorporate the mandalorian skull with some elements from the imperial logo to give an authoritarian feel.

This is just a 5 minute idea and it need alot of work but hopefully it will give you some ideas.

Cool dude! 8) As a Peace Officer myself...This reminds me of an old style MP helmet...

the problem of black and white helms is every one that is not a hard core fan thinks your a storm trooper of some kind.

its not black & white ......it's pearlesant candy blue.....but the pic dont show it.......will post better pic's when completed......at the mo it's at a stand still..

Thats a good idea, you can even take it further and install a red and blue flashing light that you can turn on under the dremeled out insignia. When you are chasing down a lawbreaker in your jet pack you need your cherries.
