    just to start off with

    I have had this jango helmet laying around my house and i didnt have time to start modifing it before dragon con so i was thinking what a great time to start. I didnt take any photos before i got to this point but here it is




    that is a peice of steel to reinforse the cheaks a little more

    as you can see i cut out the back vent and put bondo in its place and you can see the craft ring at the bottom

    i got all this done today so i could post it

    im still thinking what this mando is going to look like paint wise and plus im about to leave for a week and i dont have time to start painting

    took a long time to finnish the other side but here is it .
    I put some hoses in to get an idea of what it will look like when i get done

    you can have airflow through the hoses,have fans in whatever they will be hooked up to
