I use colours from revell (email based)
For the topcoat I use a colour called "teerschwarz matt" RAL 9021

I am very sorry for the delay. I try to get it completed soon.
There’re only the Gauntlets left and I try to get them finished in January and send the picture as soon as I get the suit on.
I just want to see the whole costume too ;-)

Great work on this armor. I never liked the Holiday Special Fett before seeing the couple of fan suits that have been made. It makes a huge difference seeing it rendered in reality vs the old marshmallowish animation.

I'm looking forward to seeing the completed work.

Here´s a little update:

I found 2 little Fogging machines on eBay.







They’re from “Look Solution” a German Company specialized of Disco Light and Foggers. This little “Tiny Fogger” is special made for the use with costumes. It works with battery and use special fluid.

I’d build a pipe system inside the JP to get the fog into the Thrusters.

Here’s a little update; I’ve reduced the weathering on the helmet to give it the same damage look like the other armour parts have.

It's beautiful buddy! I like the new lid!! That colours just works so well! Can't wait to see more of the gauntlets!

love the less weathering looks much better. the weathering before was too overpowering and was a distraction how fantasic the metal chipping looked.

Finally I’d finished the work on the Gauntlets. Here are some pictures of my version. I used an additional sidebar on the bottom of the right gauntlet; I think it looks like that on the comic pictures.
Now I have finished the work on the Holiday Version. Hope to get photos of the whole suite in the next 2 weeks. Thanks for all.

Hey, the weapons base is a Remington Model 34 Stalk combined with a bicycle fork in the front
