I have a suggestion for your general paint scheme. This might be a dumb idea, but after reading about your start on an underwater Mando, I had a are moment of clarity... I was thinking about taking a cue from nature, underwater predators to be specific. If you look at the colors of a Great White shark, you'll notice a dark upper body/back, and a light colored lower half/underbelly. Looking down from above the dark blends in with the sea floor and looking up from below the light colors blend in with the surface etc. I thought maybe you could try something along those lines.

Also, I like the barnacles-very creative! That would mean that your Mando spends more time underwater than out of it to have growths like that, huh?
