That's the exact piece for inspiration that my girlfriend and I were using for hers. I'd consider looking at a GMH(Grant McCune Helmet) from Fettpride for the helmet since it is actually smaller than a lot of the other helmets that are available(plus it has the pedigree). I would suggest modifying the femmando plates of armor if you want to try for the more fleshy version.
Asok's Jango Helmet is a bit smaller than many. It's really nice, as is his Cold Cast FP cast...
