Custom Bondolorian ... excuse me ... Mandolorian (Pic Heavy)

First off THANK YOU Wizard of Flight for the helmet template. Now on to the work... -D- wants to make her helmet all by herself. Mine will be next.

TODAY'S PROGRESS .... My wife wants a form fitting fem mando. Therefore we decided to make the armor in one piece and then cut the pieces into their respective parts.
We took a dress dummy and added material to shape it to match my wife's figure. We then COMPLETELY covered in in masking tape.

Then we sealed the tape with a couple coats of paint.

Then comes the fiberglass. I have to go & get more hardener so I can finish the back. We'll post pics as we go so you can see the whole process. We are having fun doing this together.
