clone armor chest plate problems

hi

i have seeked and peeked every where;), but i cannot find what im looking for
im trying to find templates or tutorials on how to make torso armor plates like those that Clone troopers has. i mean that the torso is just one piece of armor, instead of the multiple smaller pieces on regular mandos.

has anyone done this before and can point me in the right direction?

you're not going to find templates, but if you really want that piece of armor there are basically 3 options:
1) get in touch with a clone armorer and see if they'll sell you just that piece
2) make your own out of multiple pieces of sintra and one hell of a lot of bondo
3) sculpt your own out of foam or clay and vac form it or cast it in fg
