well I'm still cutting my helmet out from skips design but her is something i did up for you guys to see what it will look like at the end , but I'm a not a good drawer as well tho =|

I trashed the pepakura helmet bought a boa fett helmet off ebay for like 50 bucks

Nice shade of blue you're using. What happened with the build? It looks like the card you were using was too thing??

it was fine just i was not folding it right , it look all wierd and warpy

agreed to thin I made mine with the thickest stuff I could find and it came out great not to mention one of the easiest builts Ive done in pep, One suggestion would be to add tabs manually to the visor then fiberglass it and then cut it out or leave it so you can make a mold and cut it out in the cast. Other than that your progress is amazing so far, I like it

well i finished painting for the most part theres a few more things i need to fix but i did add some wookie scratches to the helmet

I have to agree with Skip, I got a custom job from him, but am using WOF for Fett.... anyway, you need THICK like the back of a legal pad, I used priority mail envelopes glued together, formed the bucket, then resin 'glass and bondo.

So go thick and no warpage.

You can't beat the feeling of making your OWN bucket, it's really fun (time consuming, but fun)

So true...building it yourself is the way to go!!! I used posterboard on mine...

I know it's a little late but 1mm posterboard is what I used for my bucket build. That and hot glue. Worked real well. Just look at my build thread.

ok so i have a question : I bought adjustable webbing belts off ebay should be here by friday and ill need to cut them down and install them to my thigh , knee and shin armor but how should i add them to them?

I've run into problems with hot glue before (as in plates falling off because of the hot glue re-activating) so I use this stuff or something similar:

well like i do with all my friends, I describe the taste of pepsi compared to coke.....

When you erect your arm reaching for the can of evil (pepsi) and tighten your grip on the cold metal can, you slowly lift it to your lips in a awkward fashion and begin to sip... The taste that picks and prods at your taste buds is similar to this... Aweeeeeeee in a dissipointed way. I think the can looks better than it tastes

Wish I could draw as good as you guys. I have ideas in my head of what I want but can never really put them down on paper for some reason. My drawing does stuff. I am lucky enough to at least copy or sketch stuff on paper to get it right.

so me Alpha-Ø2 are thinking about doing a video in our mando for fun when we are done , he said probably get some of his friends to dress up as jedi so we could use them as targets in the video should be fun probably won't start till the summer

Ill explain the concept of the video a bit more

Since me and C1RCA are both bounty hunters, we will be hunting the same bounty fighting each other along the way. Not sure how it will end yet. Either we kill him at the same time, he gets away (dont like this one very much), Or some other bounty hunter kills him.

We would end up making to videos.. one from his perspective and one from mine. we would only show we the video of that person sees and thinks. Watching both of them will give you the full picture.

I have my helmet almost completed, neckseal, and flakvest done. I have trashcan armor but C1RCAs graciously giving me some good armor pieces so im not using the trashcan ones

No, they're K.Cole Pit Crew boots. But the GBX's are close when I comes to the soles

ahh the ones i have are the ones used for jango them most of the jango members here use

The actual Jango boots are the Cole Pitcrew, but those GBX's you have are very similar yeah. I wouldn't mind a pair of those if I ever found a pair.

well since snow fall happen i can't do much with this bloody cold so i decided ill start working on some metal armor for the winter till the spring then ill get back to my fiberglass armor

so next weekend ill be cutting it out
