Ori'ad I just realized I never made that close up sketch of the trophy scratch on your buy'ce for the snow/pred mando. So I made one for you in MS Paint, just realize that where the curves are not smooth along the top and bottom of the top line that they should be. This is the same symbol that the Predators carve into their masks once they make their first kill. It's a tapering hooked line across the top, with another perpendicular to it, to form a curved T, Usually placed anywhere on the top front of their mask so that it is plainly visible, indicating acheivement of warrior status.
actually now that I look at it I like the rough edges! lol

He is the twin brother of my snow Mando (who is force sensitive but never trained) and they are the youngest of 3 son's of my first Mando (still haven't finished making that one either ;)) I haven't decided on the oldest son's armor yet.
So I have 1 old guy (my black and purple) the twins Snow and Dark Jedi, and the older brother, style undecided.

I gotta cut the visor for my snow then tint it and put it in. Hopefully tomorrow.

got the visor cut (mostly) just need to trim edges a little better, then tint and glue.

Cool, just blank armor so I can get a color idea. Remember I don't use the cod piece, but the rest of the armor is fine. I use capes and kama's, no back plates, so front is all I need.

Hey, Ad'ika. Totally not trying to steal anybody's thunder, but if you want, I can shoot you my Armor Template. All the art I do starts off with the same basic body, and I just modify the armor in Paint, so it's super simple. It's up to you.
yeah ad'ika I can do it... but... Shuk's templates are plain white and pre-set to use with paint or photoshop so I'd recommend going that route. But... it's up to u, just let me know what u want to do.
Yup yup. I'll tell ya what. I'll just toss my template up in my own concept request thread, and then anybody who wants it can just snag it.

Sure thing, ad'ika. The first one is obviously my Mando base armor, and the second one is the base body that I do all the modding to. Forgive my center line that runs down the Hero Base's body. Helps me keep things even.

I've been lucky lately... They called me into work today, and I've been getting almost full time hours lately.
However, the move cannot be avoided, the mortgage is not gonna change, I dont get a bail out like my neighbors, I guess it's because I make my payments, and WONT squat in my home and NOT pay for over a year (neighbor did 13 months and got a refi).
Anywho, gotta suck it up and live with parents AND still pay mortgage, just gonna rent it out so I dont have to pay more than a grand a month. Then I'm gonna get me another house, for like $200K and then short sale this one.
It's my fault anyway, I bit of more than I could chew I guess... I had hoped to have my BSN and make about $9 or $10 more than I make now, but it's harder than I hoped. SOOOO I'm just gonna save up to put a down payment on something cheaper and start over.
I'll be here, just not doing much on my armor for a while... Gotta finish the soft parts anyway so I can actually show you guys something before I get the whip ;)

well we're all crammed into the parent's house (5 of us in 2 small 10x10 rooms), and we already have some people lined up to rent the old house, so I'll only have to make up the difference of like $600. a month on the mortgage, but that leaves me with like $1600 a month to put on the plastic so I can get out of debt in about 9-11 months... then save for another 6 or so months to have a down payment on another place to live.
Draw back... no privacy, no space for fiberglass etc so no progress for a loooong time ARGH!
But I'm feeling a little less depressed knowing that I should be able to get out of this hole I dug myself into.
I'll keep you guys posted on this thread, and when I get back to work, I'll start a new one and link it here.
