If you are doing a dual color mando, like boba with a main color and a accent color, you might consider stitching material in the accent color around the edges of the "kama".

Yeah, the vision is excellent, I forgot to test it after I cut it out... I just put it on, I can see REALLY GOOD.
Did you see the gill slits I put.. they are sooo close to the visor opening I dont think it'll fog up too much.

oh yeah, about the wip, I found a way to make one... I will have to save $ first, but I found on the flea of bay a 10foot EL wire that has the inverter for 2 AA batteries. I think I will get 2 of them, then a 3rd white wire and braid them together, then heat shrink tube it together and make a handle and BAM!! Laser wip for my armor.

That helmet is looking AWESOME matey!
Couple of things, Don't forget you'll need to put a layer behind the visor area for molding, I'd suggest you use a big sheet of card so it sits behind the whole helmet at the front as those front spikes are going to make it hard for you to seal the model off at the bottom when you paint on the goop
Once you get to casting you can dremel it off, but will have a neat guide.
