Why I can't reply to threads?

It seems that today (11-01-2012) I have run into a problem that consist in replying to my own and others threads, but on top of this, I can't edit my own posts (the PM is working). The text field is non-editable, so I can't post using any of the buttons provided:



The only way I can reply is to hit this button:



At the end of each post there's a list of what you can/what you can't do on this forum and I noticed that one of the options is off, but I can't tell if this is the problem or not:



I'm the only one or there are others with the same problem?

I have HTML off too and I can reply using QR.

I have to get to 9 posts before I can start replying... *crosses fingers*

My post was for other problems which was related to forum issues.

I don't know who said that you need 9 post to gain access to the Cargo Hold, because at the 'New Members Restrictions' it says more than 5 posts and 5 days on the forum. Read more here ==> FAQ - New Members
