Using iPhone on forum

Hi guys, my computer is in the repair shop, so I'm using my new iPhone to keep up to date with the forum.

When I load the forum it says it supports ForumRunner, I've downloaded this app, but being a newb I haven't a clue how to configure it for the forum or vice versa.

Any help or clarification on this would be appreciated.

Cheers,
Phil

lol I actually have ForumRunner too... I just searched for this forum on its search feature, and am able to browse the different sections and threads OK, they want you to pay more to be able to subscribe to forums and all that, but I find the search function works just fine for me.
I didn't have to configure the app to work for this forum though :S Maybe someone else has more useful advice for you.

Good luck!

Cheers, I thought / hoped the app would make the forum display better for iPhone, sort of like Google has a mobile version of the interface, and wiki's are reformatted.

Shiv - James007Bond,
Yea it works fine but me being a bit **** with new technology its taking a bit to get used to the small display. I must be the most technophobic software developer in history ;)

forumrunner isn't anything produced by TDH. it's an app designed to make vbulletin forums easier on the iphone. TDH has no influence over what or how it displays. I've used it myself a bit, and found it pretty good.

you basically go in, search for "the dented helmet", TDH will show up, and you can browse it from there.

I just downloaded Forumrunner and did pay for the yearly subscription which was $5. Every PM I get I receive a notiifcation instantly or if I'm watching a particular thread. It doesn't support all my websites I visit but at least it works with TDH as I'm in contact with a lot of different people now. I thought it was worth the money.
