Text Link Ads Campaign Update

We wanted to bring you and update on our efforts to make TDH self-sustaining.

Today marks the end of our first month using Adsense and we brought in just a little over half of what was needed to run the site. That may sound bad but considering we had virtually no donations in this past month (there were a couple of you, but not many) and considering this was our first month, it is not too bad. We are still seeking additional creative means to pay for the site and keep you from needing to make donations but at this point we are still most likely going to need them for at least a short time to come.

For this next month, we are trying a slightly different ad structure to determine its success level as compared to the first month. Thank you for your patience as we make these changes, and thanks for your continued support.

Are there TDH stickers available for purchase to help with the cause? I'd be all over a couple of those, if so.

As a matter of fact, I have been working with one of our members who is making some TDH stickers which should be available soon!

Can you give me specifics on what it costs to run the site?

I will be amongst the first in line. Hopefully you'll be offering the verticle full-colour logo. wink, wink, nudge, nudge.

IIRC, it's about $150 / month.

Still hoping something pans out with our partnership as well to help towards keeping the site running.
