Shoutbox removed

Hi guys,

We have temporarily removed the vBulletin shoutbox as it is causing a few issues. This is temporary for now but may become permanent if we can't find a solution.

BUSHWOOKIES WAS PRETTY GOOD

not necessarily gone forever, just need to figure out why it was causing issues.
