Introduction

Hi, My name is Greg I live an hour North outside of Auckland, New Zealand. Me my wife and 2 boys love evrything Starwars. I have imported some basic costumes (Darth Vader & Clone) have a few weapons and odds and sods.

I found this amazing forum and have now equiped myself with evrything I need to make a bucket and some armour for my eldest son who is only 4 1/2 but sleeps with his Starwars toys.

I've made stensils and about to transfer to card and 5mm foam rubber.

I can't seem to fathom how the cod peice is supposed to go together, can anyone assist?

I will post pics as I progress.

Hi Greg! Welcome to the boards, bro! The cod piece usually has a back side to it known as the kidney or butt plate that goes around the back. You can attach the two pieces together with industrial strength velcro or you can bolt them together with simple hardware. If you do not have a kidney plate, you can run an elastic piece from the cod around your waste and between the legs. That should keep it in place. You can also attach it to the flight suit.
