In the main window of the Forum we have the right side pane that offers the latest activity on the forum plus some adds from Google. So far so good, but sometimes it's annoying to have it all the time there and as an extra, it resizes the forum categories and made them squeezed. When this new option was implemented on the site a few days ago, there was an option to hide the pane. It is possible to have that option back?

Its not there durring veiwing threads is it?
When you say option to "hide" the pane do you mean to collapse it down to where only the title for that pane is showing or do you mean completely close and remove? Because everything looks fine to me. The list of sections is not squished and the "newsline" panes are there but they each give me the option to hide them.
