    what type of material to use for my vest

    I am making a custom mando so I am going to make a gray vest what type of material is the norm for mando vests?

    I dont think there is a set material for anything on a custom, I've seen raw leather, vinyl and a slew of different fabrics, just make sure its a dense material that wont sage or stretch under the weight of your armor and I'd say your good to go.

    I'll be using a white canvas material that will be dyed to the color I want. You can pretty much use whatever as long as it holds up the armor like cal196 said.
