Rub n' Buff won't dry

So i'm trying to use Rub n' Buff silver metallic on some home-made Jango knees (PVC pipe and Sintra).

After a few days, i keep getting some silver rubbing off on my hands. I thought i "buffed" it in well enough. I even used a heat gun on low for a few minutes, and then scrubbed and scrubbed with my hands and paper towels, and it STILL comes off..

Any thoughts??

Not sure... I just buffed until it felt smooth to the touch like running your hand over metal. I haven't had any issues since. My first guess is that it needed to be buffed more but could it also be related to humidity or temperature?

That or you may have just had a little more than you needed when you were buffing it. Try wiping it off a few times till it stops rubbing out and see what it looks like. It may be dry and you are just getting excess rub n buff, but I wouldn't know for sure. Just a wild guess :3
