Anyone have any idea roughly how much silicone I would need to mold a standard size helmet?
The supplier I'm looking to use only sells 1kg, 5kg and 21kg kits. Will I need more than 1kg?

2-3kg should do you fine.
that just made my head spin for a sec.... then i thought of the ex mold and then refillin with silicon to make a solid silicon helmet.... imagine the LED effects on it.... lol..... or even better.. my new project... OH MAN BRAIN OVERHEATING>>>>><<<<<>>>><<<>
