ok i there are a lot of posts about mold making but i am looking for the cheapest way but it also has to be the most effective way you know??

why do you want to make a mold? Do you want it re-usable? and like asked above what is your final product material?

I think thats a little advanced...I think you want to check out trash can armor and work your way from there bud

If you only wanna make one set of armor, you don't want to make molds. Molds are for making lots of them and typically you have to make the first set to form the mold.
