This thread was the catalyst for motivating me to try & start my own Han in carbonite project so - thanks.
I'm still trying to source the partial Han from Stormrider, (I'm new here so I'm still sorta' figuring out the methodology of how to purchase - I did post in a thread of his but haven't gotten a response), but I'm absolutely gonna' do this in the near future after seein' what you've accomplished.
To be honest, I'm actually going to have Han on one side of a door, so I won't be digging in on the side panels & such, but the method you used to build up the carbonite around the partial is wonderful.
What type of hardener did you use along with the school glue, if you don't mind my asking?
Thanks in advance for any assistance/response,
Lharles
Same here, I'd love to get my hands on a set of his panels, although I did read earlier in the thread that at one point his mold was out of service. Did he ever get a new one made?
I'll be damned! Sir, this is looking awesome. I just stumbled across your journal while searching the internet for tips on how to create a HIC desk and I think you will (and already have) help me greatly. Thanks
Stop lying, you used to work at Bespin...
Fantastic work burc'ya!
This is looking really great! I hope it will be in pride of place in your home. Would love to do the same if I had enough spare time
Wow. Always amazing to see what it looks like from concept to completion. You are very talented. Great job. Please let me know if you ever want to get rid of one. I would purchase.
